RETURNS/REFUNDS
At MotoDesign we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, every time you shop with us.
We do not accept returns for customized graphics and other customized products that have been made specifically for you.
Damaged / Defective or Incorrect item
If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instructions.
SHIPPING TIMES
Out turn around time is within 14 working days. If a design requires approval from the customer the 14 days does not start until the customer has given the final approval.
